Two new β-carboline-type alkaloids from Stellaria dichotoma var.lanceolata

Two new β-carboline-type alkaloids,dichotomine K(1) and dichotomine L(2),were isolated from the roots of Chinese medicinal plant Stellaria dichotoma L.var.lanceolata Bge.Structures of 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic means.

A simple and efficient synthesis of highly substituted pyrroles was achieved in water medium via multi-component strategy, using amine,DMAD/DEAD as well as phenacyl bromide catalyzed by β-CD.Utilizing this protocol various pyrrole derivatives were synthesized in good to excellent yields.     

Synthesis of α-aminonitriles using silica-bonded N-propylpiperazine sulfamic acid as a recyclable catalyst

<正>α-Aminonitriles were synthesized via a one-pot three-component condensation of aldehydes,amines,and trimethylsilyl cyanide using silica-bonded N-propylpiperazine sulfamic acid(SBPPSA) as a recyclable solid acid at room temperature.SBPPSA showed much the same efficiency when used in consecutive reaction runs.

高分子物理是高分子材料相关专业的专业基础课,内容丰富,章节间关系复杂,课程主线往往不容易把握。本文从运动对高聚物性质(性能)的决定性作用角度,提出了构建高分子物理课程知识体系的观点:在高分子结构部分,充实原子、键等部分作用的论述,完善高分子结构划分的层次;明确高分子不同结构层次都具有运动与变化能力的认知,重点突出不同高分子结构运动、变化的特征和规律;根据根据每一个结构层次运动特征,综合理解结构、结构的变化对高分子性能的影响。     

Indirect Differential Pulse Voltammetric Determination of Aluminum Biological Samples in the Presence of 3, 4-Dihydroxyphenylalanine

ABSTRACT

Indirect differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) determination of aluminum in the presence of 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-dopa) with glass carbon electrode as working electrode has been described. The method relies on the decrease of DPV anodic peak current of L-dopa with the addition of Al^III The decreasing value of the peak current is linear with the increase of Al^III concentration. Under the optimum experimental conditions (pH 4.8, 6×10^?4 M L-dopa, 0.06M NaAc - HAc ¹buffer solution), the linear ranges are 4.0×10^?7 - 5.2×10^?6 M and 7.2×10^?6 - 4.5×10^?5 M. The relative standard deviation for 8×10^?6 M aluminum is 1.0% (n = 8) and the detection limit is 3.5×10^?7 M. A number of foreign species for interference have been studied. The method has been applied to determine aluminum in drinking water, synthetic renal dialysate and urine samples.     

Magnetic behavior of a nano-disk constrained in an antiferromagnetic substrate

In this work we report a numerical Monte Carlo study of the behavior of a magnetic nano-disk put over an antiferromagnetic substrate. Three approaches were considered for describe the substrate: (1) A stacked antiferromagnetic configuration, (2) an Ising like arrangement and (3) Heisenberg like spins. For the Heisenberg case we still have considered an easy-plane and an easy-axis symmetry of the substrate. The hysteresis loop for the nano-disk is obtained by considering the three cases. The signature of the vortex in the nano-disk appears as small jumps in the hysteresis curve. Exchange bias effects are observed since the substrate has an easy axis symmetry.     

Syntheses and structures of M–Na (M=Zn,Mn) coordination polymers in which ligands and Na ions exhibit complex coordination modes

The novel heteronuclear complexes [Na₂Zn(dipic)₂(H₂O)] _n (1) and [Na₂Mn(dipic)₂(H₂O)₂] _n (2) (H₂dipic?=?pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 consists of infinite 2D double layers, which are further attached into a 3D network through π–π stacking. All sodium ions are 3-coordinate. Complex 2 has an intricate 3D structure, in which two sodium ions are differently involved in forming polymeric coordination units, and are 3- and 7-coordinate, respectively. Dipic anions act as multidentate ligands showing novel and unprecedented bridging coordination modes. One ligand coordinates to three metal ions and with five bonds; the other coordinates five metal ions with nine bonds.     

New biocidal metal complexes of bisphenol-A formaldehyde polymer containing piperazine

The polymeric ligand (BFP) was synthesized by condensation of bisphenol-A, formaldehyde, and piperazine in alkaline medium at 70–80°C. The polymer–metal complexes were synthesized by the reaction of BFP with Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) acetates in 1?:?0.5 (ligand?:?metal) molar ratio. All the synthesized polymers were characterized by elemental, spectral (infrared, ¹H-NMR, and UV-Vis), magnetic moment measurements, and thermal (TGA) analysis. The ligand-field and nephelauxetic parameters have been determined from UV-Vis spectra using ligand-field theory. Elemental analyses indicate the association of water with metal for Mn(II), Co(II), and Ni(II), which is also supported by TGA. The antimicrobial activities of the synthesized polymers were studied by agar well diffusion methods against Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Shigella boydii. The antimicrobial activity and thermal stability of Cu(II)–polymer were higher than the other polymer–metal complexes due to the higher stability constant of Cu(II).
